Laurence Jones returns to The Borderline (his last show was practically sold out) in support of his fourth studio album, Take Me High, produced by legendary producer Mike Vernon (John Mayall, Fleetwood Mac and David Bowie, etc). You can read a number of reviews at

Laurence and his band have toured extensively since the album was released and anyone who was at his previous London shows will know just how high energy the shows are.

At just 23, Laurence is already making a big name for himself on the Blues circuit and is currently regarded as Britain’s hottest gunslinger. The band has already played alongside some of the biggest names from the world of Rock and Blues and are garnering some mighty fans. Walter Trout says of him: “Laurence is a cross between Eric Clapton and Buddy Guy — he is a genius, he sure has the feel.”

Laurence was voted “Young Artist of The Year” and “Guitarist of the year in the 2016 British Blues Awards and is nominated for “Best European Guitarist 2016” in the European Blues Awards having already won in this category in 2015.

Laurence was voted Young Artist of the Year in 2014, 2015 and 2016 in the British Blues Awards. He is heavily influenced by Walter Trout, Eric Clapton and Gary Moore.

Support will be announced in due course…
